Highland Venison Steak
Fit for a King
Ingredients:

5 round steaks |
| Carrots |
3 sliced |
| Onions |
2 sliced |
| Olive Oil |
1/2 Cup |
| Water |
1 Cup |
| Vinegar |
1 Cup |
| Cloves |
3 Whole |
| Oregano |
1/2 tbsp. |
| Garlic |
2 tbsp. |
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl
Add venison
Let marinade overnight in ice chest or frig
Remove marinade, and cook steaks over a
grill or in a cast-iron skillet until meat is brown or about 20 minutes
Lazy Person's Directions:
Marinade for one hour, and then cook it all
in a hot skillet!
