Highland Venison Steak

Fit for a King

Ingredients:

Venison
5 round steaks
Carrots
3 sliced
Onions
2 sliced
Olive Oil
1/2 Cup
Water
1 Cup
Vinegar
1 Cup
Cloves
3 Whole
Oregano
1/2 tbsp.
Garlic
2 tbsp.

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl

Add venison

Let marinade overnight in ice chest or frig

Remove marinade, and cook steaks over a grill or in a cast-iron skillet until meat is brown or about 20 minutes

Lazy Person's Directions:

Marinade for one hour, and then cook it all in a hot skillet!
