Scot Flapjacks

Great any time of day

Ingredients:

Item
Quantity
All-purpose flour
2 cups
Sugar
2 tspns.
Baking Powder
3 tspns.
Salt or No Salt
1 tspn.
Baking Soda
1 tspn.
Milk or Buttermilk
2 cups
Egg or Egg White Substitute
2
Corn or Canola Oil
2 tbspns.

Directions:

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl

Combine remaining ingredients, stir it good

Cook on a hot griddle or in a hot skillet until golden brown or how you like it, then serve with some butter and syrup!
