Mac's Venison Marinade
Great way to prepare some deer steaks
Ingredients

| Venison |
8 Butterfly Steaks |
| Molasses |
1 Cup |
| Soy Sauce |
1 Cup |
| Olive Oil |
1/2 Cup |
| Water |
2 Cups |
| Hot Sauce (Tabasco, etc.) |
3 tbsp. |
| Black Pepper |
4 tbsp. |
| Oregano |
1/2 tbsp. |
| Garlic |
2 tbsp. |
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients, except the
molasses in a large bowl
Add venison, then coat with molasses
Let marinade for 3-4 hours, stirring
occasionally
Cook over a grill or in a smoker, until
meat is done or about 20 minutes
Lazy Person's Directions:
Forget the marinade and just throw it on
the grill!
