Mac's Venison Marinade

Great way to prepare some deer steaks

Ingredients

Venison
8 Butterfly Steaks
Molasses
1 Cup
Soy Sauce
1 Cup
Olive Oil
1/2 Cup
Water
2 Cups
Hot Sauce (Tabasco, etc.)
3 tbsp.
Black Pepper
4 tbsp.
Oregano
1/2 tbsp.
Garlic
2 tbsp.
Directions:

Mix all the ingredients, except the molasses in a large bowl

Add venison, then coat with molasses

Let marinade for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally

Cook over a grill or in a smoker, until meat is done or about 20 minutes

Lazy Person's Directions:

Forget the marinade and just throw it on the grill!
